One Raffles Quay

Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the building consists of two office towers. The 50-storey North Tower has a height of 245 metres, while the 29-storey South Tower has a height of 140 metres. The total floor area of the office towers combined is 148,000 square metres (1.59 million square feet). The complex incorporates a podium block, a hub car park and a 4,180 square meter (45,000 square feet) subterranean retail mall which is linked to the Raffles Place MRT Station. The building was completed in the third quarter of 2006.

Anchor tenants in the South Tower include Barclays Capital (occupying the top floors), ABN Amro and Deutsche Bank. Tenants in the North Tower include Credit Suisse (many floors), Google (25th floor), Fitness First (8th floor), Scotiabank (20th floor), UBS, Reuters and Ernst & Young, among others.

The North Tower is linked with a covered pedestrian bridge to the condominium The Sail @ Marina Bay, which is to the South of One Raffles Quay.

Asia Square Towers 1 & 2

Asia Square is a twin-tower mixed-use development that will comprise 2 million square feet of grade A office space, a 280-room five-star hotel, 60,000 square feet (5,600 m2) of retail space and 'The Cube', a 100,000-square-foot (9,300 m2) open public space used for networking or relaxing with a regular programme of exhibitions and performances.

The development is currently under construction and will be completed by 2011/2013. Citibank Singapore has decided to move all of their front office/client facing staff to Asia Square with the first office slated to be occupied in 2011 Quarter 3. As a result, Citibank's existing offices in Centennial Towers, Millenia Towers, Capital Square would be vacated. All the back office staff from these existing facilities would be shifted to Changi to save cost while the front office staff occupies Asia Square. Similar moves have been done by Deutsche Bank and Barclays. With this, Asia Square is poised to join the ranks of Marina Bay Financial Centre buildings to truly define Marina Bay as the financial district in the next decade.

One Marina Boulevard, sometimes called NTUC Centre, is a high-rise skyscraper located in the central business district of Singapore. It is located on 1 Marina Boulevard, in the zone of Raffles Place and Marina Bay. The building is near other skyscrapers, such as One Raffles Quay, The Sail @ Marina Bay and Ocean Building, all of which are around 100 metres away. It has a direct link to Raffles Place MRT Station via an air-conditioned underground mall.

In 2005, One Marina Boulevard received a Certificate Of Merit in the Best Buildable Design Awards, under the Commercial and Office Buildings Category.

Maybank Tower

Maybank Tower is the current headquarters of Maybank in Singapore. It has 32 floors and a height of 175 metres (575 feet). The building was completed in 2002. When night falls, only the logo and the first few levels of the building are lit.

In mid 2008 two bright light stripes were added to the outer edges of the building from the ground to the roof. As the building is situated behind the statue of the Merlion on Marina Bay, the building is often featured as a backdrop to the Merlion on local postcards.

Royal Brothers Building

The old block of the Bank of China Building was constructed in 1954, and was one of the tallest skyscrapers in Singapore at that time. It is currently one of Singapore's oldest skyscrapers.

The new block of the Bank of China Building rises 36 floors above ground, at a height of 168 metres. It was built immediately adjacent to the old block and shares a common podium, with the extension completed in 2000.
