The complex incorporates a podium block, a hub car park and a 4,180 square meter (45,000 square feet) subterranean retail mall which is linked to the Raffles Place MRT Station. The building was completed in the third quarter of 2006.
Anchor tenants in the South Tower include Barclays Capital (occupying the top floors), ABN Amro and Deutsche Bank. Tenants in the North Tower include Credit Suisse (many floors), Google (25th floor), Fitness First (8th floor), Scotiabank (20th floor), UBS, Reuters and Ernst & Young, among others.
