Commercial landlords in Singapore are benefiting from the ongoing recovery of prime Grade A office rents in recent months, according to DBS.
This recovery will continue to support the upward trajectory of capital values in Singapore’s office market, as well as continually benefit commercial landlords.
With rental rates still below the recent peak in the office market, DBS said a lack of policy and robust fundamentals has led to a faster reflation in commercial landlords' RNAVs in the medium term.
