Tower 3 of Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) has secured another three new tenants – law firm WongPartnership, financial information services company McGraw-Hill and another law firm, Ashurst.
Altogether, the three new tenants have reserved around 145,000 sq ft of Grade A office space in Tower 3, with WongPartnership set to occupy around 93,000 sq ft or three floors of office space.
The space secured brings the pre-commitment level of MBFC to more than 66 percent from 55 percent six months ago, said Raffles Quay Asset Management (RQAM), the asset manager of MBFC.
The anchor tenant of Tower 3, a 46-storey building with 1.3 million sq ft of space, is DBS Group, which has reserved 700,000 sq ft for its headquarters, with its banking hall and auditorium taking up 55,000 sq ft of the space.
Towers 1 and 2 of MBFC were fully leased before completion.
Tenants have begun moving into Tower 1, said RQAM, adding that 25 of the 29 floors in Tower 1 “are fully functional and operational, and the remaining four floors will be gradually occupied over the next few weeks”.
“MBFC's strategic location and premium quality, as well as its portfolio of prestigious tenants, ensure that it is well positioned to benefit from the strengthening of the office market,” said Wilson Kwong, chief executive of RQAM.
