OUE Bayfront obtains TOP
Mainboard-listed Overseas Union Enterprise announced that its premium commercial project, comprising OUE Bayfront and its adjoining properties – Aerial Tower and Change Alley Linkbridge – has obtained a Temporary Occupancy Permit (TOP) from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
“We are pleased to have obtained TOP for this development, having transformed the former Overseas Union House into a premium commercial development that offers sophisticated office space with convenient access to exciting dining and retail options,” said Dr. Stephen Riady, Executive Chairman of OUE.
He said the development has received positive responses from tenants. To date, it has received nearly 60 percent pre-commitment from many reputable organisations, including Merrill Lynch International Bank Limited (Merchant Bank), Allen & Overy LLP, the Singapore branch of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (PUBL) and Citrix Systems Singapore Pte Ltd.
The BCA Green Mark Gold certified the 14-storey development comprising Grade A office space and a roof terrace restaurant which offered unrivalled views of the CBD skyline and Marina Bay.
The conserved Aerial Tower will provide dining locations in the Marina Bay area, while The Change Alley Linkbridge, which has been reconfigured and refurbished to feature retail and F&B outlets, will provide services to the offices in the vicinity.
OUE said it will be moving its corporate headquarters from Mandarin Orchard Singapore to OUE Bayfront.
